Fampay Account Frozen Due to Aadhaar Not Updated

I am writing regarding an issue with my Fampay account, where my Aadhaar is not getting updated and my account has been frozen for the past 2 days. Because of this, I am unable to use my account balance in any way. There has been no response from Fampay’s side despite my attempts to get support, and at the moment an amount of ₹85.15 is stuck in my frozen account with no clarity on when I will be able to access it. I request that my available balance of ₹85.15 be refunded to a bank account in my name, even though no bank account is currently linked to my Fampay account, or that Fampay provide a clear alternative way for me to withdraw this amount. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently so that my money is not held any longer without explanation.
