FamApp Wrong UPI Payment To Wrong VPA
I mistakenly sent ₹348 to the wrong VPA (trmecommerceprivatefvy.rzp@mairtel) through FamApp on April 4 at 7 PM. The virtual assistant only repeated the transaction details instead of helping me recover the money. I needed clear guidance or support to reverse the payment, but none was provided. This experience left me feeling unsupported when I needed help the most.
