I am using FamPay in Kerala, Thrissur, Chendrappini, and today I accidentally sent ₹350 to the wrong person by mistyping the number. The money was transferred by mistake, and I have a screenshot of this transaction as proof. After realizing the error, I contacted FamPay support, and they informed me that they would message me soon, but so far I have not received a clear resolution. Since this is an accidental transfer to the wrong number, I want FamPay to urgently help me reverse this payment and refund the full amount of ₹350 to my FamPay account. I request that FamPay review the transaction based on the screenshot and take the necessary steps as soon as possible to return my money.
