Fampay Sent Money to Wrong UPI and Did Not Help Me Recover Money
I use Fampay and on 1 April at around 1 PM I accidentally made a wrong UPI payment from my Fampay wallet. The amount of ₹498 was sent by mistake, and the name shown on the transaction was “Shazan A***” This payment was not intended for this person and was done in error. After noticing the mistake, I tried to get support from Fampay, but I have not received any response so far. I am very worried about this amount and feel helpless because I do not know how to get my money back or even get an update on the status of this transaction. I request Fampay to urgently look into this wrong UPI transaction, trace it, and help me with a refund of ₹498 to my Fampay wallet if possible, or at least give me a clear and timely update on what can be done in this situation.
