Fampay Account Not Activated Due to KYC Verification Issue

I am facing a problem with my Fampay account related to KYC verification. My KYC has already been completed earlier, but the app is again asking for verification and it is not getting completed. Because of this, my Fampay account is not working and I am unable to use the services. I have been facing this verification issue for a long time and I could not resolve it through the app. I tried to get it to work, but the verification still fails and my account remains inactive, so I cannot use my Fampay account as needed. I request Fampay to urgently complete my verification and activate my Fampay account linked with the number 8980187*** and clearly fix whatever issue is stopping the verification so that I can use my account normally again. I also request you to inform me clearly by when my Fampay account will be activated.
