Deposit Failed After Successful UPI Payment via FamApp

I deposited ₹100 today to Jai Club game through FamApp using UPI-QR. The payment was successfully completed on FamApp and I have the receipt showing “You paid ₹100” with the transaction reference CH20260713212 93100796 and a separate receipt to “Pintu Singh Chauhan” for the same amount on 13 July 2026. However, in the Jai Club game deposit history, this ₹100 payment is shown as “Failed” and the amount is not added to my game wallet balance, even though the money has been deducted from my FamApp account. In the same deposit history screen there is another ₹100 transaction marked as “Complete”, so it is clearly only this particular deposit that is incorrectly marked as failed. I request that this failed ₹100 deposit be checked using the payment reference and UPI-QR details and that either the amount is credited to my Jai Club game wallet or my ₹100 is refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing once this issue has been resolved.
