Fakir Upright Vacuum Defective Parts And No Warranty Support Problem
The Fakir upright vacuum causes serious inconvenience due to poor material quality and problems with spare parts. The company does not stand behind its product in any way. They claim the broken part is not covered by the warranty and refuse to send a replacement. Moreover, despite charging more than half the cost of the part, they still do not provide a solution. I request that this issue be resolved and my grievance addressed as soon as possible.

Another brand that should definitely not be bought; my problem wasn't resolved and the service refunded the 200 TL deposit they took in October 2025 in 2026, saying there was no material. From every side, the name of regret is the Fakir brand.
