Fakir Sent My Ice Cream Machine With Missing Suction Feet - Ignored My Request

I purchased a Premium Icy compressor ice cream machine directly from Fakir's official website. The product works fine, but two of the suction cup feet underneath—meant to keep the machine stable on the counter—were missing. This affects the balance of the machine during use and makes it unsafe on smooth surfaces. I reported this issue to customer service, and they directed me to a service center, which then asked for a fee. I find it unfair to be charged for something that was missing right out of the box. I contacted customer service again to explain the situation, but I never heard back. Their customer support has been completely unhelpful and inattentive. If you’re not going to assist me properly, I will return the product.
