Fakir HSA Stone 4048 Dust Container Keeps Breaking and Battery Clips Are Jamming

I purchased the Fakir HSA Stone 4048 cordless vacuum cleaner as part of a promotion with the Bambi bed set, and the dust container broke. I ordered a replacement container from the technical service, which took almost two months to arrive. The new container broke at the same spot for the second time. Are we supposed to buy a new container every two weeks? The technical service informed me that the screw points of the container are made from weak plastic material and are prone to breaking, and almost everyone who buys this product experiences the same issue. I expect a solution from Fakir for this problem. Additionally, the battery clips are also jamming. I can't remove the battery. There should be a solution under warranty so I can use the vacuum cleaner without additional costs.
