Facebook Advertising Charges Made Without My Permission

On Monday, September 14, between 9:02 AM and 12:39 PM, a total of 10 unauthorized charges of 118.11 TL each were made from my bank account, totaling 1,181 TL ($24). I only received a standard notification message; I did not receive any confirmation or authorization code from Ziraat Bank.

Money was withdrawn from my account without my permission or without me receiving any verification code, and it was used to purchase advertising on Facebook. I am filing a complaint about these unauthorized transactions because I absolutely did not purchase any advertisements.

I request that the full $24 taken from my account be refunded to me immediately and that the unauthorized Facebook advertising transactions be investigated.
