Kilo Health Charged Me After Cancellation and Added Hidden Fees
Thinking it would be a useful tool on my health path, I registered for a free trial using a Kilo Health app. I cancelled my subscription well before the trial time finished as after a few days I discovered the app did not satisfy my demands. Still, I was charged $53 without authorisation. When I got in touch with their customer support, they responded automatically and offered no actual help. I was surprised to find later on various hidden fees from other Kilo Health-affiliated applications I never registered for. It seems like a deliberate plan to entwine consumers with regular payments. If you have used any of their apps, be wary and double-check your bank records. This experience has been really annoying.
