Beymen Sent Me Two Expensive Pens Without Inner Parts and I Want a Resolution

I recently ordered two pens from Beymen with the order number BEY-20240918 - 8773844, paying a total of ₺29,120. To my surprise, when the pens arrived, both were missing their inner parts, making them unusable. I trusted Beymen for quality products, but this experience has left me feeling completely let down. It’s hard to believe a brand like Beymen would allow such an oversight. I’m requesting that my order be corrected by sending the missing parts immediately. I didn’t expect to face this kind of issue, especially with a high-end purchase meant as a gift. I really hope Beymen addresses this issue quickly and ensures that such incidents don't happen again.
