Expertchat.ai Charges $117 Without Consent Through Unauthorized Subscription
A membership was created on the website Expertchat.ai without my knowledge or consent. Since my Garanti Bank card is saved on my phone, my account was charged three times—once in January and twice in February. The first two transactions were approximately $37 each, and the last one was about $43, totaling around $117 charged from my account without my permission.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Expertchat.ai via email and requested that my membership be canceled. The membership was canceled, but the payments made have not been refunded. I am experiencing financial harm due to these charges for a membership I never approved.
I request a full refund of the approximately $117 that was charged to my card without my consent, the complete termination of any active memberships associated with my account, and written confirmation regarding this matter.
