Expertchat AI Trial Not Canceled — Unauthorized Charges Continuing

I signed up and logged into Expertchat AI to use it for a homework assignment, choosing the 3-day trial for about $1 and entering my card details. However, without any permission, message, or email notification, money started being withdrawn from my card. After the 3-day trial ended, the membership was not canceled, and $30 has been charged to my card repeatedly without my consent. Even though I sent an email requesting cancellation, I still haven’t received any response.

I urgently request a full refund of all unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of my membership.
