On 23 February 2026, I made a one-time purchase from ExpertChat AI via their website using my bank card, for which I paid 0.99 USD. This was clearly presented to me as a one-time payment. However, on 9 March 2026, my card was charged 30 USD by ExpertChat AI without any prior notification and without my authorization. I only noticed this unauthorized transaction yesterday. After realizing this, I immediately informed my bank and requested that no further payments to ExpertChat AI be processed from my card. I request that ExpertChat AI urgently refund the unauthorized 30 USD charge in full, delete all my stored card details from their systems, and permanently close my account so that no future charges can be made. I expect written confirmation once these actions have been completed.
