Unauthorized ExpertChat.ai Subscription Charge on My ABB Bank Card

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made to my ABB Bank card ending in 5856 for an ExpertChat.ai subscription. My child used my card details without my knowledge or permission, which resulted in a subscription being started without my consent. The amount was charged today. I did not authorize this payment, nor did I use or benefit from this service in any way.
I contacted ExpertChat.ai customer support, but they did not assist me in recovering my money or resolving the issue. My card is still active at the moment.
I kindly request that this transaction be investigated as an unauthorized charge, that the full amount be refunded to my account, and that any related subscription or recurring payments be cancelled to ensure no further charges are made to my card. If any additional information or documentation is required, I am ready to provide it.
