Expertchat AI Auto-Charge After $1 Trial

On July 31, I started a trial membership on the Expertchat AI website by paying $1. However, on August 7, an additional $30 was withdrawn from my bank card without my knowledge or approval. To cancel my membership, I closed my account through the website and also sent a cancellation request by email, but I have not received any response yet, and I am not sure whether my membership has been canceled. This is the first time I have experienced something like this.
I request a refund of the unauthorized $30 charge and the complete cancellation of my membership, with no further charges made to my account. I expect a quick resolution and clear information regarding this matter.
