My name is Sheraz A***. Here is my account ID 420279***. I won the monthly battle tournament and requested a withdrawal the next day. It has now been 27 days and the status is still stuck on "Processing." Live support told me 16 days ago that my case was expedited to the finance department, but nobody can give me an estimated time frame or any updates. I have contacted live support by email and live chat several times with this same answer. I am posting here because live chat refuses to provide a timeline and for my funds to be released. Please review my account and provide a concrete date for when my funds will be released.
