I am filing this complaint against Binomo regarding an unresolved payment issue on my trading account that has been pending since January, totaling several months of delay. The issue concerns a withdrawal of approximately 7,000 INR that has still not been processed, despite my full cooperation with every request made by Binomo. Throughout this period, I submitted all documents requested by the support team, including a bank confirmation letter with the official bank stamp, signature, and issue date, an updated bank statement, payment proof, and all additional documents they asked for. Even after providing these, I repeatedly received the same generic responses stating that my case had been forwarded to the Financial Team and that I should continue waiting, without any concrete update. Over the past several months, I contacted Binomo support numerous times via live chat and email. Each time, I was told that my case had been forwarded or escalated to the Financial Team and that I should wait for an update. I submitted every document they requested, including the bank confirmation letter, updated bank statement, and payment proof, yet despite my repeated follow-ups, I continued to receive generic responses without any case-specific explanation or resolution. On multiple occasions, support asked me to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. After I complied again, they eventually confirmed that they had received my bank confirmation letter and that my case had been escalated. However, I continue to receive identical template replies, and no one has explained the reason for the prolonged delay in resolving my payment. I am using Binomo from India, and this unresolved amount has caused me significant inconvenience. I have repeatedly asked customer support what the exact reason for the delay is, whether any document is still missing, and what the current status of my case is, but none of these questions have been answered with a clear, case-specific explanation. I have preserved all emails, chat transcripts, screenshots, and proof of every document submitted. I request that Binomo immediately complete the review of my case, provide a written and specific explanation for the months-long delay, and release my pending funds of approximately 7,000 INR without any further unnecessary delay, provided that all requirements have already been satisfied on my side.
