Expert Option Funds Not Received After Successful Ziraat Bank Transfer
On September 14, 2025, at 8:41 p.m., I made a deposit of approximately $12 into my Expert Option account through the Ziraat Bank mobile application. Although the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my bank account, the funds never appeared in my Expert Option balance.
I did not receive any SMS or notification confirming the deposit, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
I request that my grievance be resolved promptly and that either the payment be credited to my account or the amount refunded to me as soon as possible.
