I deposited ₦13,650 into my Expert Option real trading account using Opay from Nigeria on Thursday, 23 April 2026, but the money has not reflected in my trading account even though I have been debited by my bank/Opay. This was my first-ever deposit attempt on this Expert Option account. The payment was made through Opay, and the transaction reference for this deposit is 260423140300501331384744. Despite the successful debit from my Opay account, my Expert Option balance has not changed, and I have not received any error message or confirmation from your side. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my ₦13,650 be refunded back to my Opay account, since the deposit has not been credited to my Expert Option real trading account. I am ready to provide any additional proof of payment, including screenshots of the debit, if needed.
