Expedia Listing Removal Request Unresolved

We shared our facility on your Expedia site. However, we wanted to close this before receiving any reservations. I sent our closure request to you via email multiple times. I emailed you repeatedly that I couldn't close it through the system and that I didn't appear as a user in the system. All emails are recorded with their dates, my email address is a***@gmail.com. I told the people who called me in every call that the facility was closed and that we requested to be removed from the system. No action was taken. Reservations continued to be accepted. You made reservations and canceled them on your own. I specified the email address to not send me invoices or make reservations.
