Agoda Failed to Disclose Hotel Renovation and Downgraded My Stay

I made a reservation through Agoda.com for the Konya Meva Hotel for the dates November 12–16. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that the property was under renovation. Neither Agoda.com nor Expedia informed me about this situation in advance, and no representative contacted me. As a result, I was redirected to Konak Hotel as an alternative. However, the room quality and overall facilities at Konak Hotel are far below the standards of Meva Hotel. Additionally, while Meva Hotel is located directly across from the Mevlana Museum and offers favorable conditions, Konak Hotel is located on a back street and is an old property.
Because of this, I experienced significant inconvenience. I am requesting that my reservation be canceled and my payment refunded, or that I be provided with accommodation at a hotel of similar quality and conditions, preferably located across from the Mevlana Museum.
