I am writing to let you know about an unauthorized transaction and my dissatisfaction with EWA English. On 06.01.2026, during the checkout process for an English learning package, an amount of $39 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi card (ending in 2609) without my final confirmation or explicit consent. After noticing this charge, I immediately canceled my EWA English subscription and contacted their customer support team via email, but I have not received any response. The brand clearly states that they offer an unconditional 14-day refund policy, yet they have neither processed my refund nor replied to my messages. I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized $39 charged to my card and a clear written explanation regarding how this transaction was processed without my final approval. I also find it important to warn potential users to be cautious about their payment security and the lack of effective customer service at EWA English.
