I downloaded the Ewa English app and had 50 credits available. I tried to open a lesson just to test the app, but it wouldn’t load at all. Despite this, 20 credits were deducted from my balance. I tried the same thing again, and once more, the lesson didn’t load, yet another 20 credits vanished. So, without even getting to try a single lesson, nearly all my credits were gone.
On top of that, the pricing system makes no sense. When I checked the purchase section, the app first showed me a price of ₺780, then suddenly ₺450, and later ₺1500 — all within just a few minutes. It even promised a “90% discount valid for 1 hour,” but three minutes later, I couldn’t use it anymore.
This feels completely misleading and untrustworthy. I’m glad I didn’t make a purchase. I expect a refund for my lost credits and transparency regarding pricing. This kind of manipulation needs to stop.
