EWA English Subscription Activated Without My Permission

On 20 May I discovered that an EWA English subscription had been activated in my name even though I never requested or authorised it. I only realised this when I received a receipt via PayPal showing a payment to EWA. Following the instructions I was given, I tried to manage and cancel the subscription via the EWA website, but the information and steps indicated there are not correct and I was unable to resolve the problem on my own. I request the immediate cancellation of this unwanted EWA English subscription and a full refund of the amount charged via PayPal, with written confirmation once the procedure has been completed.
