Ewa English Won’t Cancel My Subscription or Issue Refund

On March 15, I purchased an Ewa Premium subscription through the Ewa English app. However, since I was not satisfied with the app and the service provided, I requested cancellation of my subscription within the refund period. I made the payment using my credit card.
Despite contacting the in-app support section multiple times to request cancellation and a refund, I have not received any response, and my subscription has not been canceled. My registered email address is a*********@yahoo.com, and despite all my attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone.
I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the amount I paid be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible within the legal refund period. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
