Ewa Charged Me After I Canceled My Premium Subscription
I had a one-year Ewa Premium subscription. About a week ago, I permanently closed both my subscription and my account through the app. After closing it, when I tried to log in again, I saw that my membership had ended and that I would need to subscribe again.
Today, $31 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account without my permission, and a new subscription was started even though I had already canceled my membership and can no longer log in to the app.
I do not accept being charged after canceling my subscription and losing access to my account. I request a full refund of the amount charged and the complete termination of my membership. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
