Evolution Gaming Locked My Account and Won't Release My ₹500,000

I have been using the 1win platform, licensed with the number 8048/JAZ2018-040. On 30/12/2025 I received my last OTP and after a big win my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Since that date I have not been able to access my account and approximately 500,000 INR of my balance is stuck. For about 7 months I have been trying to resolve this issue, but my account is still not unblocked. I have contacted 1win support many times via e‑mail and live chat, clearly explaining that my account was blocked without any reason and that a large amount of money is pending, but they do not respond and do not provide any solution. I consider this situation to be fraudulent behaviour by 1win. I request that my account be urgently unblocked, that my ID and full access to the account be completely restored, and that my full balance of 500,000 INR be released and paid to me without any further delay, or that a clear written explanation be provided for any action taken against my account.
