Starting at 6:42 PM on December 9, 2025, my total winnings of approximately $32,400 USD from the Evolution Immersive Roulette game on Bionbet were not paid out. During my initial membership period, I was able to withdraw small winnings without any issues; however, once my winnings increased, my account was placed under review, and I was told that all of my gameplay was being examined. In addition, my withdrawal request has been under review since September 13, 2025, at 10:51 AM, and no approval has been given.
My username is O*. I also have an additional pending withdrawal request of approximately $3,200 USD. My access to games has been blocked, and when I tried to contact support via live chat and WhatsApp, the representatives who were responsive while my winnings were small blocked me after the large win. Live support only tells me to wait due to an “investigation process” and provides no detailed information. I have also tried to reach them multiple times via call requests and email, but I have received no response.
I demand that my full balance be paid out in full and that access to my account be restored. I respectfully request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
