ETS Tur Hotel Change Rejected: Selectum Noa Belek Reservation Issue
On 06.08.2026, due to an urgent situation and without being able to think it through very much, I made a reservation through ETS Tur for Selectum Noa Belek Hotel for the dates 7–10.08.2026. Afterwards, I found another ETS Tur contracted hotel that is closer to where I am staying with my family and more suitable for us, which would also prevent us from having to travel an extra 6–7 hours. For this reason, I contacted ETS Tur and stated that I wanted to switch to the closer hotel by paying any price difference that might arise. However, I was given very sharp responses such as “we can’t do it, it’s not possible” and my request was rejected. Then I was told that another team would look into it again during working hours, and I am currently waiting at night for working hours to begin, without any clear information or solution. During this period, together with my family, we had to wait and sleep in the car, which caused a serious loss of motivation and energy for all of us. My ETS Tur reservation number is 117105717. I request that my reservation be changed to the closer ETS Tur hotel I have identified, without any penalty being applied other than a reasonable price difference, and that this process be handled quickly and in a customer-oriented manner so that my mağduriyet is resolved before my stay dates begin and the rest of our holiday can pass in a healthy and enjoyable way.
