I Faced Extra Charges and Broken Promises from ETS Tur

We had purchased a holiday package from ETS Tur in December. Just one day before our vacation, they called us to demand an additional payment, which caused us serious problems. They claimed that the price visible at the time would now be charged instead of what we had already paid, and asked us to pay extra. On top of that, the transfer service arrived late. After all these issues, they told us we could request a discount for our next vacation. However, now that we are trying to plan a new holiday, they say they can’t help with our discount request. The company is not standing by its promises. If my grievance is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
