I first contacted Etihad on 1 March 2026 and since then I have called many times. Almost every time I am put on hold for a very long period and I never receive real help or a clear solution. I have also tried to reach Etihad through all other available channels such as live chat and phone support, but despite these efforts my surname has still not been added to the ticket and the issue remains unresolved. My clear expectation from Etihad is that my surname is added to my existing ticket correctly and without any extra fee, so that I can travel without any problem. I request that this name correction be processed urgently and that I receive written confirmation once it has been done. Thank you.
