Etihad Airways Charged Me Twice for Baggage & Overpriced the Fees

I booked a flight with Etihad Airways for my trip to Japan and purchased extra cabin baggage in advance. However, when I returned, Etihad charged me again for my baggage, demanding an outrageous fee.

I had already paid ₺8,000 for extra baggage before my flight, yet at the airport, they forced me to pay an additional ₺10,000 for just 13 kg! This is completely unfair and unreasonable. Why was I charged twice, and why was the fee so excessively high?

I demand an immediate refund for the extra baggage fee and a proper explanation. Etihad Airways must stop overcharging passengers and honor pre-paid baggage purchases! This experience was unacceptable!
