On June 3, 2022, I visited Medicana Beylikdüzü Hospital's eye department for issues with near vision. Based on the doctor’s recommendation, I underwent surgery to have Johnson & Johnson smart lenses implanted. Although I was told the surgery was successful, my vision worsened, particularly at medium and long distances, and everything appears blurry. Despite several follow-up visits with Dr. A, who performed the surgery, I was repeatedly told that nothing was wrong and that my vision would improve over time. It has now been two years, and there has been no improvement. I can't drive due to light sensitivity and poor distance vision, and now, even my near vision is deteriorating. Instead of improving my quality of life, this surgery has made things much worse. I demand a resolution for this ongoing issue.
