Unable to Reset Estee Lauder Account Password

I wanted to reset my Estee Lauder password because I forgot it. I also tried calling for help, but couldn't get a proper response. Now I can't access my account, track my orders, or use my rewards points without entering a new email address, which I don't want to do. When I try to reset my password, it says my email isn't registered, yet it prompts me to enter the registered email as shown in the image. Can you please assist?
