Estée Lauder Double Wear Formula Changed and Performs Poorly

I have been using Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation for years and have always been satisfied with it. In November, I purchased the Double Wear 2N1 Desert Beige foundation from the Estée Lauder store on Trendyol. However, this product from the newer series is nothing like the older versions I used before, and its performance has been very disappointing.

Whenever I apply the foundation, it looks flaky on my face. It sits on my skin like a heavy layer and creates a greasy, butter-like appearance. I tried it several times on different days. At first, I thought maybe my skin had not been moisturized enough, so I waited and gave the product another chance, but I got the same poor result every time. Because of this, I cannot use the product.

Since I opened the product, I assumed that Trendyol or Estée Lauder would not accept a return, so I did not contact customer service. At this point, the money I paid feels completely wasted. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Estée Lauder and in the Double Wear foundation I had loved using for years.

I kindly request that the product be reviewed to determine whether there is an issue with the formula. If possible, I would like a solution to be offered for my product or for my dissatisfaction to be addressed in a fair way.
