Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation Turned Orange

I have been using Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation for years and have always been satisfied with it. However, the Double Wear foundation I purchased about one week ago from Estée Lauder’s official store on Trendyol is nothing like the products I have used before. About 10 minutes after applying it to my face, the color turns orange, it does not stay in place at all, and it disappears from my skin within a short time. I am completely dissatisfied with the product.

Since I have used the same foundation many times before, I can clearly tell that the texture and shade of the product I received with this order are different from the previous Double Wear foundations I have used. This has raised serious concerns for me about the product’s authenticity and quality control. The product I currently have definitely does not deliver the promised long-lasting wear or color performance.

I placed my order through Trendyol from the Estée Lauder store under order number #11289176494. To resolve my dissatisfaction with this product, I am requesting a refund for this purchase.
