My eSIM IO Package Did Not Work in Greece Even After I Paid $13

While I was in Halkidiki, Greece, I bought an eSIM io package and paid $13 for it. I tried to connect to the internet, but I couldn’t. I contacted the eSIM io company and explained everything. They sent me a message saying they didn’t receive my payment, but when I checked my bank account, I saw the payment had already been made. I tried once or twice more to connect, but I still couldn’t get internet access. Later, I had to use another application because I needed internet. When I returned to my country, I filed a complaint about the issue I experienced.
