On June 17, 2025, I purchased a $10 package from the eSIM IO app, but instead of activating, it displayed an error message. The payment was processed, yet I did not receive the service I paid for.
This was my very first purchase from eSIM IO, and I only wanted to buy an eSIM plan. However, the transaction failed, leaving me both without the service and without my money. The $10 is very important to me right now, and I urgently need this issue resolved.
I kindly request a full refund of the amount charged. I also ask eSIM IO support to investigate why this happened so that other customers don’t experience the same problem.
