Epson Live Chat Agent Not Responding for 40 Minutes
On 11/24/2025 at around 10:00 AM, I contacted customer support to purchase a pad for my Epson L3210 series printer. Although the representative named U*** appeared online and active (indicated by a green status), I have been waiting for nearly 40 minutes without receiving any response.
Being left unanswered for this long on a live support line results in a significant loss of time and unnecessarily delays my ability to obtain the product I need. I request that customer support agents be truly active when shown as available, and that if they are unable to respond, this be clearly communicated. I also request improvements to the communication process.
I expect an explanation for this lack of communication, a follow-up response, and that the necessary adjustments be made to prevent similar situations from happening again.
