On September 18, 2025, I purchased GTA 5 for Windows through Epic Games (Order No: a2509181253506967, payment amount: ₺524.50). After installing the game, I tried launching it multiple times, but it always gets stuck on the loading screen and never opens. Despite attempting to start the game several times at different times of the day, the problem remains — I simply cannot access the game at all.
I haven’t been able to contact Epic Games customer support because I couldn’t find a solution myself. Since the game doesn’t work at all, I’m requesting a refund for the amount I paid. I expect immediate assistance and resolution of this issue.
