About one hour ago, my Epic Games account was taken over by third parties. In the email I received from Epic Games, it clearly stated that my account had been accessed from a different device and IP address, that the email address on the account had been changed, and that my login information had been updated. After receiving this notification, I tried to log into my account but realized that I could no longer access it.
The email address associated with my account is s*********@gmail.com**, and because my payment information is stored on the account, I am seriously concerned about the possibility of unauthorized purchases being made. The fact that my account is currently in someone else’s control has made me extremely worried about both my personal information and potential financial loss.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I immediately opened a support request through the Epic Games support system and provided all the information they requested. However, I still have not received any response, and I remain locked out of my account.
I request that Epic Games urgently review my account for security reasons, restore access to me as the rightful owner, and immediately stop or cancel any suspicious transactions if they exist.
