In April, I purchased the game Blazing Sails on Epic Games for around ₺42. I played the game for a while but later uninstalled it to free up space on my computer. However, when I went to reinstall it, I noticed the game had completely disappeared from my library.
This is highly frustrating, as I paid for the game, and now it’s gone. It feels like my money has been wasted, and I have no way to access what I rightfully own.
I kindly request Epic Games to resolve this issue by restoring the game to my library. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such problems after purchasing a game. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
