My Games On Epic Games Don't Appear in My Library

I'm having trouble with my library not showing any of the games I bought from Epic Games. The only games that do are the ones I have downloaded. No matter how hard I've tried, I haven't been able to figure this problem out. While I have sent Epic Games an email with my question, it is still unclear when I will hear back from them. Help me figure out how to solve this problem, and I'd appreciate it if any steps that need to be taken were taken as soon as possible.
