In 2023, I purchased Football Manager 2024 through Epic Games, and I had been playing it regularly on my PC. However, for the past two months, the game has disappeared from my library, and instead of showing as “Owned,” it now displays a purchase button again. Despite this, I still have several pieces of evidence that I legitimately own the game — including saved files, in-game achievements, and gameplay history stored on my computer.
I contacted Epic Games customer support about this issue. They asked me to provide an invoice, but the system doesn’t show any record of the purchase. Even though I clearly have gameplay data proving that I owned and played the game, there has been no progress toward resolving the issue.
I request that my account be reviewed so that the game is restored to my library, or that I receive a full refund for my purchase. My username is D A****. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
