Epic Games Deleted My Previously Purchased Games

All of my purchased games were inexplicably wiped out. reached out to their support on numerous occasions, and despite their assurances, my games have yet to be restored. I went so far as to file a complaint with CIMER because the situation is absolutely absurd. Adding to the frustration, I am now bombarded with a series of questions aimed at "verifying" my account, as if I am somehow responsible for hacking myself. I've provided all the necessary information in response to their inquiries, but they seem to be creating obstacles that are hindering the process of retrieving my games. It feels as though they're intentionally trying to exhaust me. not satisfactory. After being a loyal customer for years, I can't believe they would treat me like this. I am determined to resolve this.
