Epic Games Account Recovery Fails Despite Providing Sufficient Evidence
I am very dissatisfied with the inadequate account recovery process on Epic Games. My account was hacked, and despite providing proof of purchases, my card details, transaction codes, and other relevant evidence, the system still deems it insufficient.
The process is flawed—there’s no way to submit photo or video evidence, and everything must be written out. I have provided every detail requested, yet I’m told it’s not enough. How much more proof can I possibly give through written explanations alone?
This experience has left me frustrated and without access to my account. I urge Epic Games to improve its recovery system and provide meaningful support to loyal users facing such issues. I demand an immediate resolution.
