Enza Home Pavia Sofa Fabric Sun Damage After 6 Months – No Support Offered



In February 2024, we purchased two Pavia 3-seater sofas and a single armchair from Enza Home. By August, just six months later and before even one full summer, we noticed sun damage on the fabric of one of the 3-seaters and the armchair. The room where these sofas are placed only gets about two hours of sunlight per day. Neighbors with similar setups and different brands have experienced no issues after years.
Upon researching, I saw other similar complaints about Enza Home, often dismissed as customer error. When I contacted customer service to inquire about fabric replacement costs, they only offered to send a service technician, which would cost ₺600 if we declined repairs due to high prices. The fact that these sofas deteriorated so quickly, combined with the lack of a reasonable resolution, has seriously impacted our view of Enza Home’s quality and customer satisfaction. I expect better support and a viable solution for such an expensive purchase.
