Disappointing Experience at Enza Home – Rude Staff and Poor Conditions


Good day. On the weekend of October 12-13, 2024, we visited various stores to look for a sofa set for our living room. When we entered the Enza Home store, we immediately wanted to leave. The store staff lacked product knowledge and had no idea how to speak with customers. While going upstairs, they used commanding language like "come," "stop," and "look." Even if we overlook that, we later asked to use their restroom, and it was in a terrible state. For such a reputable brand, this kind of behavior and lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.
